Duck Flower

The Duck Flower purges toxins, mucus, waste, worms and parasites. It relieves bloating, aids in weight loss and cleanses the bowels. It also helps to increase mental clarity and energy.

1. Fast on ONLY alkaline fruits, fruit juices and spring
water the day prior to consuming the Duck Flower.

2. 30 minutes prior to consuming the Duck Flower, soak in

thoroughly, or blend with 1/2 cup spring water and drink
it all.

4. After consuming the Duck Flower, continue to drink

symptoms. Consuming fresh coconut water can assist with maintaining proper hydration during the cleanse.

5. It is important to rest and stay home while cleansing. It
is vital to have access to a restroom 8 hours after detox, consume sarsaparilla tea. Continue consuming spring
water, coconut water and other fruit juices.

6. It is vital to only consume fresh ALKALINE fruits for 12 hours after your Duck Flower cleanse.
