Jamaican Sarsaparilla Root

Jamaican Sarsaparilla is an amazing herb for enhancing overall health. It’s high in iron and a powerful blood cleanser. In addition, it enhances the properties of herbs that it is combined with, making it a great addition to any tea blend.

Add 1 tablespoon of sarsaparilla root and one and a half cups of water to a pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes then allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Strain, pour into a glass and enjoy!
